What is the Wi-Fi fifth yoga?

It's not a WI FI it's a a Ninetendo game system called Wii fit plus. It's pretty old so you would have to buy it on something like KSLclassifieds.com or ebay. I love it though. You set it up through your tv & do it with the DVD like disc. I also like the DVD by Rodney Yee, A.M and P.M. Yoga. It's pretty old too but you should be able to find it. It's made by GIAM.

Hi Eva! I do Vinyasa flow yoga, and I sometimes watch videos, Yoga by Adriene, posted on YouTube, is a good one. Here are a couple links: youtube.com/watch?v=wKTXJUY...

Yoga for anxiety or stress: youtube.com/watch?v=hJbRpHZ...

There is another teacher whose videos I like. Her name is Judi Bar. But her videos tend to be quite short.

I don't really do yoga but have tried Yoga with Adrienne videos too. She is inspiring but I couldn't remember the poses. I saved all the videos and may try again. In another post I said I was pedaling for PD at the Y and at home and walking on a track--I am also do a once a week tai chi class. I like the tai chi better than yoga--I think because it is standing up vs on the floor at times.

I just heard about Brain Yoga, apparently great for autistic kids, and other brain disorders....I will try to find it on my facebook and send it over.

The basics were to squat down while holding your ear lobes, crossing arms over the chest and right hand squeezing the left ear lobe and vice versa. Connects the hemispheres of the brain. There's also neuro yoga and NIA which I haven't tried.

I've only been doing it a few days, but will report my findings to all of you.

Too bad that nice lady had to leave, its hard not to let the turkeys bring you down when you're not feeling well.

I too have been insulted, but I figure it more about them then me, because no matter what I wake up looking forward to whats in store for the day and grateful, thats the power that negativity can't hold a candle too!

Warm Wishes to all,

Suzie

Thanks 1 million SuzieπŸ‘

Youtube has a number of "Super Brain Yoga" videos, they seem to have the same basic posture. I think that is why I don't have balance problems, is because of Yoga. I did it from the 80s when people thought it was a religion, which it is not.

Your welcome 12stargate!

As my daughter says------

Peace Out, Suzie

PS She's autistic and I have PD, you wouldn't know it we have a ball laughing about life
