For some reason, I love this idea. The whole idea of hiring wives of PD patients to go to a neurologists office twice a month to sniff shirts for a possible PD diagnosis is ... what's the word ... exotic? intriguing? But alas, mailing shirts to a PD patient's dog is going to work out better. I'm sure there must be a PD patient who knows about training dogs for smell detection who is going "hmmmm" but does not know how to turn it into a business.

thx for the comments -- good to see someone who shares my sense of humour - however twisted it might be at times. Who knows where this idea might go - hopefully something real develops out of it (though I personally have received no t-shirts to date :))
