RoyProp, thanks for posting. This is the boxing program I've been talking about. Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) started in Oct. 2006 & I started in Jan. 2007. It's a great program & they have classes for any level of PD. Ages range from 30 something to 92. I'm also in one of Dr. Combs-Miller's research studies. Let me know if you have questions.
