Hi Eva

I couldn't recommend any one sandal in particular. But i personally prefer sensible walking sandals with following characteristics that can aid you to take longer strides

- flexible sole

- soles with flush outline, no raised parts or too much toe area at front that can cause tripping up.

- a heel strap

- adjustable straps across foot to ensure sandal fits well

just today i have been checking out some styles

'Echo' has walking and some dressier ones

'Padders' have some dressier ones

'Reiker' and 'Hotter' have some walking styles too

I hope this helps

Great variety with easy clip release or velcro straps.

I had a diagnosis of dystonia in my feet, they have now decided it is peripheral neuropathy, either way I have badly cramped toes and a lot of trouble finding suitable shoes. I recommend Hotter shoes and also Rohde. Both companies do a wide range of styles in sandals.

I can recommend a sandal made by Ecco. I bought them two years ago and they are still going strong. All Velcro straps, very comfortable, good support, easy to put on. Expensive but worth it .

Is this what you are looking for

My toes do that but my feet turn inward, diagnosed dystonia. I get Botox injections to help relieve most of this. It is not a cure all but it helps me tremendously. I wear ecco sandals and other comfortable sandals.

I also have Parkinson's disease. I appreciate your video.

GymBag, thanks for posting the Vibram shoe video. My toes make it difficult to find

shoes that are comfortable.

For basic flip flop like shoes Sunak yoga sling 2 sandals are the best!!!

They have ankle support and keep them on your feet. Regular flip flops while driving my foot would slip out. No blisters by the thong thing either.

Op ocean pacific used to have a cheaper version.

A little hard to put on but worth it. The soles are made of squishy yoga mat material
