A surgical process that places electrodes deep in the brain stem supplying a very mild electric current that modifies movement disorders. has been around for twenty years with increasingly good results.traditionally was used as a last resource with limited success but recently has proven to be mor effective as a mid stage intervention. Waiting too long leads to less downstream neuro resources to salvage.
