Hi Mahesh. If you go onto my website - reverseparkinsons.net - I tell you everything you need to know about how to deal mainly with the movement symptoms of Pd. I also show you how to deal with some of the other symptoms. In a nutshell: Fast walking, the best medication (in my opinion), getting rid of harmful stress, adopting a positive attitude and putting everything into getting fit, are the best ways to deal with Pd. If you are able to read my book, "Reverse Parkinson's Disease", you will see how I found all this out and how I was able to stop taking any Pd medication over twelve years ago and how I now manage to live a normal life, after having had Pd for over 50 years. I am not trying to sell anything, in order for you to know everything I did, and you don;t need to buy anything from anybody else. You can do it all by yourself.

Good luck

John
