Be careful of powdered instant protein, the one I 'm thinking of has WHEY in it and people can be very allergic to WHEY. My daughter works at a packaging plant for instant powdered protein mix, She said the stuff is nasty and has a yuckiness to it, She said never take the stuff but that is a Mom's worried daughter speaking. I myself don't know much about the subject..

What is it called and where do you purchase it? I got a protein enzyme powder today from our health food store for my husband, it is not whey prduct, i got one that is gluten free, soy free,etc. Have you been taking this long and has it helped you. Appreciate more info on what you are taking. Thank you, Patti

ness fornula 1 Protein Digest- purchased from CAM Formulas online-haven't tried it yet..just got here
