This week's update on salutogenesis and healthy aging

I've been reflecting on my blog about the salutogenesis (Latin for origins of health) way of looking at healthy aging. It has me reflecting on the positive factors in my life rather than brooding about my diseases and ailments. This week I've been looking at the different families of friends I'm blessed with. It was three of the four topics in this week's blog posts

Monday: One step closer to single-payer healthcare?

Tuesday: My London family

Thursday: My Pokhara family

Friday: Rahel grows up, in Nepal and Washington
