I had a cousin with this disease. She lived in Italy and died last year after having it for about 10 years.

my sister has this disease she is 63 and cant walk or talk she has had it for about 7 or 8 yeard and has got gradually worse she cant walk or talk and is becoming increasingly violent and abusive.

It's a very sad disease. My cousin was bed ridden for a long time and had to have full time care givers.

I have been diagnosed with cbgd nothing the medical association can do for me. I have been seeing a naturopath since the beginning of March 2014. I am going for my 3rd appointment tonight. He had told me that he cannot change what degree of disability I have but may be able to slow down the progression. I have told my wife I will spend up to 10,000.00 witch will be about 6 or 7 months of treatment and supplies. Then we will assess things to see if there is any improvement if yes then we will continue if not then I will stop and let nature take its coarse.
