Cold feet

Does anyone experience cold feet. Especially midday and worse in the morning

My husband had cold feet and hands. Sometimes his hands would look purple due to the poor circulation. He also had sensory neuropathy. His podiatrist suggested a good quality Vit B complex supplement. I bought him Shaklee brand and within a few weeks his feet and hands were better.

Hi. I went to an acupuncturist who cured me. She tells me its an imbalance. So every now again when I'm feeling frazzled I go for a treatment. It helps my general state as well so I feel more relaxed and energised.

When my c-l dopa level drops I get cold hands and feet. Usually goes away when I'm back on.

Thanks. I think that may be happening. It seems like late in the day and early morning I am at my lowest levels. I was given sinement ER before bed but I don't think it lasts.

My hands and feet are always cold and I have very good circulation according to my Drs.
