key a colon then a dash then a close parenthesis It will turn into a smiley after you send

Thank you for your smiley tip (I'm not sure it did the transition but hay ho.) The only way I can think to check spelling is to type in word and then copy and past onto the reply box. [Don't think it'll help improve American spelling though

Yay, it worked. Semi colon, close paren is a wink. Colon, capital D is laugh, and colon, capital P is sick. I assume colon, open paren is sad.
