Yet another saga in the feet?

Anyone find when you elevate you feet the ligament inflammation decreased after a HR or so. Then you feel like bones are moving when you walk on them. You can't win it's either one or the other. Ordered some insoles to try cos my arches feel like they are dropping even with trainers on.
