Hi

I have read your post and I feel about the same way as you. Have always been busy, productive etc. Retired now Don't know if you have an arthritis group in your area. The one in my area doesn't have much going on there

I basically try to get out every morning and afternoon, I read some when I get home and I try and follow posts on here and another site. The arthritis mag has good suggestions and you can use search engine for heallthy eating with diagnosis of arth.. Sorry I don't have much in the way of suggestions but I surely can relate to what you are saying. I do a senior yoga and chair yoga class and one stretching class.

All the best, Gloria

I hope you are doing OK, Grace. Yesterday was a down day for me so it was nice to see your note. But today is a new day and I feel better---one day at a time, I guess Ups and downs is how it's gonna be
