Diagnosed in 2009 with Sjogrens. Took Restasis for 6 years.
Allergic reaction photophobia, infections, severe dryness.
Against doctors advise QUIT RESTASIS.
Eyes are near perfect, dry during night, light homeopathic drops.
Started 5 months ago to get muscular and some joint pains, feeling arthritic all over.
Rheumys and Plaquenil not willing to take.
Is anyone going NATURAL?.

Me! I take 1000mg of ginger in the morning and 500mg of Tumeric in the evening, routine. I will not ever take their Pharm meds again. I use ice on my worst spots, mine are my hips and shoulders. I soak in a hot bath with Epsom salt, baking soda, and whatever 100% therapeutic grade essential oil I'm in the mood for. You'll have to find what works for you. And when I do need to take something for pain, I won't reach for a narcotic first. I take an ibuprofen, aspirin, and acetaminophen cocktail. I do have Norco for when I'm in a bad flare to aid in breakthrough pain, but that is a rare occasion. I wish you luck in whatever you decide to do. Keep fighting!! 💜💙

I refuse to take any drugs other than ibuprofen or aspirin.
My worse spots are also hips and shoulders.
How long have you been using ginger and turmeric.
Is there a healing agent in it and or does it remove inflammation?
Yes it decreases inflammation. I've been taking them for a little over a year now. I'm doing the best I can to stay natural/ Organic.
