Happy 49th birthday!! I know how you feel about having people to talk to who understand this dreadful condition.
I've been a member of the UK based group the NRAS for almost 2 years. Such a lovely informative group....When I saw this group, I had to join as America is so close (10 miles to be exact) to where I live in Canada.
