Turmeric

I’ve heard mixed reviews on Turmeric for ulcerative colitis

Has anyone tried it? If so, what are your thoughts? Or results?

I take it regularly very hard to tell how effective it is. But apparently it helps you stay in a good place once you get there. I can say that it certainly didn't seem to do me any harm but extremely hard to say what its effect is in isolation
