I feel sad about my life and need something to get me through it - turned to mediation

Looking to yoga for gentle exercise

Thinking of relaxing thoughts and trying motivational video to also get me through it

Before you go to bed at night, write down 5 things that you liked doing during the day-- things that made you happy- if only for a moment.

Do that every evening for 3 weeks.

When you meditate, concentrate on just one of these .

Expand on that theme.
