Not too bad, i've just got a bit of a chesty cough, which actually felt a bit better while I was running. I was going to leave it till the morning, but figured it might have properly caught hold by then.

However, my legs still hurt when I run, which is annoying, I was hoping they would have sorted themselves out by now. I'll leave it a couple of days before I run again I think.

My body does seem to be an annoyingly deaf git though, after about 5 minutes my brain starts complaining about it being too hard, do it again another time instead, my legs are hurting, i'm never gonna finish it, just give up, whats the point, etc... My body never seems to listen and just keeps plodding on regardless, the sadist.

Well done body for ignoring the brain's negative inner monologue! I definitely suffer from this too.

Know what you mean. The body is willing, but the minds a coward. If I could get rid of the negative thoughts it would be so much easier.
