Second run back... Jumped to week 4

A couple of days ago, for my first run back after injury i went to week 3, i managed it not too bad. So, this time i tried a week 4 run instead. It stretched me much more and was more comfortable in terms of stretching me without hurting my still sore back.

I think i am going to stick at week 4 until my back starts to feel much better.

Some things i cant wait for:

i) my back no longer hurts

ii) i lose thirty more pounds

iii) i can safely run for thirty minutes at 10 kph.

I am in no hurry :)

Sounds like a good plan - building back strengthen is never time wasted. Sounds like a very satisfying run.
