second run of the week yesterday, although I messed it up a bit
Out with Jen at work, hill running too - I do like down... I can not do up!! Lol was out for about 40 mins but had to have an 8 min walk and stop to stretch in the middle as I've either done something to my calf muscle after the twisting incident or it's got lazy in the week and a bit it had off and went into shock after Sundays run!
Still the Running related shopping count gone up a bit more - new running tights (they're multi coloured spotty lol not too sure, might have been safer to have another black pair... But I fancied something funky for the race for life in a few weeks finally found a jacket I want (hope it fits when it gets here) a short sleeve t shirt and a running cap - I've had a hair cut and it won't fit up into a pony tail anymore!! (I think I miss my swishing pony tail... Not feeling as sporty as I was Lol)

Love the thought of the spotty tights! Where did you get them? It's amazing how much gear you need, especially if you do other exercise as well as running. Always seem to be washing the stuff because the state of me after a run means it is straight in the machine.
When I was at the gym the other day I was talking to a lady in the changing room and she said she only really starts to get warm 10 mons from the END of her workout. Crikey, I look like a freshly boiled beet root 10 mins into it.
