I finished week 3 yesterday and feel fit today Should I start week four a day early or wait until tomorrow as planned?
In the early weeks I did start some weeks or do extra runs the following day. It gets harder the more running you do. Just see how your body feels tomorrow then you'll know weather it was a good idea!
I would wait - the rest day gives your body a chance to repair micro tears and build muscle and should decrease your chances of getting injuried. But it depends how fit or not you are already...
Well I overdid it a couple of weeks ago which the good lady reminded me over so I am waiting Til tomorrow. I can't believe the buzz after doing a session and it is addictive once you get going I don't want to stop but best to be sensible so bed not tread (mill)
I agree with people saying take the extra day off. Yesterday I ran W4R1 after a two day break. Beforehand I was worrying I had lost some degree of fitness but found I did have the stamina to do the extra running. It's worth making sure you are fully recovered I think.
I have been running every other day, so my weeks are taking 6 days, rather than 7. I completed week 4 yesterday and will do run 1 of week 5 tomorrow. I'm still alive...
