Iv downloaded the podcast to my laptop but it wont copy and paste to my nokia music files so cant use it to run, can anybody help ?

The podcasts are contained within the files that are download from the NHS website, they need to be extracted before they can be used. Open the file you downloaded, one of two things will happen:
1) If another program starts you will see the “real” podcast, just drag to your desktop and you should be able to import as normal.
2) If you get a message saying “windows can’t open the file” then you will need to download a program that can do the extraction. Try an internet search for either ”winzip” or “7-zip”. Once installed you should be able to do step 1.

I had to copy the file to my computer's music folder before I could put it on the mp3 player, it won't work as a straight transfer.
