The BBC are reaching out to users of the NHS Couch to 5K app and want to hear from the wider Couch to 5K community. Please send them your short video message, completing this line;

‘I love Couch to 5k because…’

If there is more than one of you in the video, then you can send us

Please make the video in ‘selfie’ mode on your phone, and portrait if you can. Don’t worry if it’s a bit rough and ready, we want to tell the world why people who do Couch to 5K love it, from your perspective. The video can be as short as 3 seconds, but not longer than 10 seconds.

Please send completed videos to [e-mail] by Friday 4 March, where they will use the best of the responses on BBC social media and online during the week of International Women’s Day (8 March).

Hi Jimmy. I did my video but sadly even though it’s 10 seconds long my email video bounces back as failed delivery . Apparently the video was too long.Am I doing some thing wrong do you think?😀

Hi Folkylass. Thats a shame, I think I have a simular issues with my gmail account where there are restrictions on the size of the email. On iOS you can just send the icloud link to your video to by pass that issue. Not sure if there is something simular on Android? What device are you using?

Sadly, email has always been a silly way to send large files. (I used to run an ISP between 1994 and 2009.)

You could possibly upload to Google Drive and send a share link.

Hi Jimmy I use my iPad 5th generation for all my videos ,recording singing etc and never had any problems. I did adjust the size of my video and then sent again. This time it did make its journey only to recieve an email back from bbc saying …..” Thank you for your message.BBC get inspired is no longer an active department at BBC Sport and this box is no longer monitered. So I did look that up but I cannot find anywhere to upload my video. Anyhoo have you been able to have any success? I think I’ll try again though because it’s a great idea😀👍
