...but am determined to complete the programme without repeating a run. That's all that is keeping me going.
good luck everyone this week.

Excellent. Get the champagne on ice.
I've been running for 2 and a half years now and it's still not getting any easier. I can't seem to give it up though. 😊
That’s the same as me. I don’t mind in the least! I rarely run more than 30 mins, with the rare 40 mins. I get bored if I run for any longer! However, I see you run MILES!
Thanks ladies, 30 mins is enough for me!! But well done on the half marathons.
It gets for fun but no easier, you have nearly got your graduation super
I'm interested to know more about why it isn't getting any easier.
Me too! I’ve no health issues to speak of, not injured, got gait/shoes from run shop, drink H2O, sleep, stretch….keep trying tho, hasn’t killed me yet. 😐
Well done 👏🏻. Nearly there now 🤞🏼😃
It doesn’t get easier while you’re doing this programme. As you’re always going further.
I found it got harder towards those last few weeks because we're running for longer 3 times a week so really why would it get easier? I'm hoping I'll find it more manageable after a few weeks of consolidation running for 30 mins 3 times a week but considering 9 weeks ago I could barely run a minute it's an achievement.
You've got this in the bag now! Go for it
Well done.
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
Well done so far, nearly there! Once you graduate and can just run how you want to maybe you'll enjoy it more? Setting your own goals and challenges might make a difference. I'm enjoying it much more now, hope you do too.
Well done for sticking with it. Although you're near the end of the program, you're still very early in your running journey. Good luck for your graduation run 🤞🏼
My three year anniversary yesterday...no easier for me either, although I'm getting faster.I can't wait for Parkrun to come back, I really miss it.
I find each day varies, I only graduated 2 weeks ago and still sticking with 30 min runs x 3 times a week but have got faster naturally but then have to slow down for a while then pick up pace again, but I’m happy just being able to run with good days and bad 😊
