Of course you can do the C25K training course, (not a challenge unless you want it to be) on a TREADmill, (not tred), good luck, remember to take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury whether on a treadmill or outside, good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ.

That's OK, do you live in Milngavie? judging by your username, I ran my 50th not parkrun around Milngavie Waterworks exactly 3 weeks ago today, it's exactly 5 kilometers/just over 3 miles, including the extension around the part that the water comes out of those very large pipes at each end.

I make a point of going to Milngavie from where I live in Cumbernauld once a month, I go by train which involves stopping at Bearsden Station, I have walked around the waterworks at Milngavie "hundreds of times" but only ran around it twice, the first time was when I ran around one of the resorviors, not both as I did 3 weeks ago when I ran, run 3 of week 7 of C25K.

You can definitely do it on a treadmill, but the mental aspect of it might become harder. I did it on a treadmill all up to the 20 minute run, but after the 20 minutes I found the mental aspect became really hard and I began to dread every run. So I suggest if you want do it on a treadmill for the interval runs but when you get to the longer runs maybe switch to outside because I found it really helped making the runs more enjoyable and you tend to focus less on the time outdoors than when you’re constantly concentrated on that gruelling treadmill timer. Aside from that, it does come in handy on rainy days. Hope your journey works out for you!

Looking out into a shopping centre, hopefully relieve the boredom
