Can I exercise inbetween running days?

I know we are not supposed to run on consecutive days , I run Monday, Wednesday and Fridays but I am starting to feel addicted to the feeling after doing a workout. I just completed week 6 and am so proud of myself. I used to do Joe Wicks' HITT sessions in the mornings and just wondering if I can still do these on Tuesdays and Thursdays? Any thoughts?

You certainly can exercise. In fact, its not recommended to just sit on the couch on your rest days. Strength training, yoga, swimming, walking, gardening, cycling - anything that doesn't cause the same high impact stress on your body as running.

As stated in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... doing non impact exercise on your rest day will make you a better runner, so carry on.
