and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Don't worry about the runs......that won't help. Follow the link in the guide to the post about mental approach, it may help.

If you successfully completed the week 3 runs then you will be physically capable of doing week 4 !

Trust the program ! It works .

Your body will be ready , but we often need to convince our heads 😁

Me too! did w4 r2 this morning and it hurt more than w4 r1 which was weird! hurrah for us though 😜
