I've been really anxious all the way through this and haven't been able to run anywhere other than the park nearest me - I don't know how many times I've run round it but I think I go round about 8-10 times each run!!! Sometimes I mix it up and run the opposite way round
But today I had to take the car to the garage so thought I would take it early and run back - only took 20 minutes but that's enough in this heat - and survived running on pavements, on a different route! And I remembered to start (and stop) my tracking app (fitotrack) that someone on here recommended!
Would like to say the world's my oyster, but have a feeling I'll be back in my park on Wednesday!!
