Tried not think too much about this run but definitely didn’t want to try it.. but surprise surprise it was OK! Helped that the weather was cloudy & cool this morning ( I am definitely not a runner when it’s hot!) and apart from two minor issues (went to start the run, walked round a tree in the park, came face to face with a dog who looked like he fancied a chase should I start running so I walked on, ended up a little late joining the run.. then later realised I had pressed pause on my phone as I started to think the two minute walk was very long 😂) ..it was actually ok.. just thankful I went early as it’s far too hot now! ☀️

Well done, you did it.
If you want to succeed with this plan then you need to want to do each session and commit to it.
There is nothing to fear and everything to be gained, so trust the plan and believe in the ability of your amazing body to adapt and develop until you achieve feats that you cannot even now conceive of.

One of my first Week 1 attempts was interrupted by a phone call from my sister. I hadn't realised that the call had stopped the timer in the app, and I'd been walking for longer than I was expecting.
Well done - we started together on this journey, im enjoying it!!!...hard at times and my legs seem to have a mind of their own but the WOW factor when I get in is just stunning!!! Keep it up.
