Hi just done W1 but needed 2 days in between runs as knees hurt. New shoes now with better support so hopefully that will help on week 2. 🤞

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.

Well done - W1 under you belt 👏👏🥳
but also well done for taking rest days. Everyone is different... some happily go out every other day but that doesn’t suit all. Just get into your own routine and you’ll do fine. Don’t have to beat anyone and don’t have to compare ... that’s what makes this programme so great.
Do it your way 😃
