Yesterday, we finished week 9 and it feels awesome. We did it!
Early on, we did extra repeated runs before moving onto the next week. For anyone new to C25K, there is nothing wrong with doing this until you are confident in moving forward. Take it slow, trust the process and believe in yourself. I struggled at first (everyone does), but it works and I can't recommend it enough.
Next up will be consolidation runs and then we are going to work toward a 10k by the end of the year. Eep!
