I am on w5r2 and my left ankle is really hurting, to the point I am limping. It was niggling a little after the first run of this week but I thought a days rest would fix it.
I havenβt had any problems or injuries up until this point.
I have been doing sooo well and finding it relatively easy considering my fitness levels were so bad.
I really donβt want to stop this programme, I am loving it! I feel itβs all I have right now (sorry to be dramatic π)
Please, if anyone has any idea what I may have done and how I can fix it, I would be sooo grateful?

Give it a good rest. Elevate your leg and use a frozen bag of peas on the ankle for 10 mins a time. Repeat three or four times throughout the day. Try and keep your leg elevated when your not moving. Try an elasticated support bandage when you next run.
