4.5 km done in Storm Ciara, very windy and wet but I got out and enjoyed it !! 4 runs to do till l have achieved the couch to 5 k programme. Cannot wait , Parkrun next week I think 😁

Great run, I was soaked through within 5 mins this morning so just kept running. So close to graduating, sounds like you'll be close to 5k as well. Happy running
