The jump from 60 to 90 wasn't so bad although my legs are aching a lot more now. How did anyone else find week 2?

My W2R1 run wasn't great but that was my fault for running too soon after dinner. The first 90s was fine, but the other ones felt very long! However, we've both completed it and that's what counts.

For aching legs, there are some stretches suggested at the end of your runs which may help. Hopefully someone more experienced can chip in with some more info and a link!

Well done, I finished week 2 on Wednesday and found that my legs ached a little after W2R1 but soon eased and on run 2 and 3 they didn’t ache at all, hopefully it’ll be the same for you, keep going 💪 you’re doing great 👍
