Week 6 Run 2 V2

That went well. Had a late night last night so today got off to a slow start. Came back from a walk, got changed and headed out to the park for my run.

I felt full of energy as I walked to the park. This run consisted of 2 x10 minute runs with a 3 minute walk in between. I felt that I went quite quickly for the first run. I decided to go more slowly when I did the next one though I felt able to finish it strongly.

That is the last run with intervals so it is on to non stop running.

Yesterday, my rest day, I started the strength and flex exercise programme which I hope to follow.

Great stuff... having the strong finish in the legs is a very good sign. Enjoy the interval free running!
