Really nervous about starting this. Have always said I could never run though I do Pilates and swim. How do I warm up to start

Welcome.... well done and do check this out for all the information you need...Your brisk five minute, walk, warm up may be enough as you begin...but there are links to other warm up exercises here.

Your post run stretches too will be helpful.

Take it slow and steady...that is the mantra... keep posting and enjoy :)

Don’t be nervous. This is the best plan ever. Pilates is great as it builds up the core muscles you use while running. Just take the running slowly. Jo Whiley was my coach - she was great .
