Just done run 1 of week 7 .. time has flashed by .. any pitfalls I should look out for ?

No pitfalls, there are 4/25 minute runs, you have already run two of them, just run the other two at the same pace, you should be OK, not long now until you graduate. 😊 🏃

No... none of the runs have pitfalls.. each run you do follows the one before... take them steadily and slowly and you will be just fine.

They may vary, but the structure of the programme is such that you move on getting stronger all the time.. Relax into the longer runs now..let the legs find their happy pace:)
