Yes it may happen think I’ve done 31.33 at parkrun it’s a good help in getting a few seconds down, I’m extending runs and hoping to do a 10 k before end of the summer

I’ve just run my first two 10ks the last couple of weekends which I find a lot easier than increasing my pace!

I know I did 8 at weekend and enjoyed it I think pace will come with miles on the legs !!! Don’t want to put myself off completely

Indeed! I really enjoy running too - words I never thought I’d hear myself say!!
