I'm not very quick though. Shall I gradually increase my speed over the next runs.

I wouldn't worry about speed. For the next 3 weeks there are 3 runs the same just increasing the time each week. I'd just do each one and you may find you're getting faster each time. If you don't it's not a problem. Running for the prescribed time is the target. Don't push too hard and risk an injury.
