Enjoying the plan but this is the first week my right knee is aching and playing up I do rest in between runs but not sure what to do. Especially as I’m on holiday next week. Don’t want to set myself back 🙁

No problem taking more than a days rest if you don't already. Listen to your body don't try and run pain off - you can't. If it's bad or gets worse see a doc or sports physio for advice. A week's rest at this stage is not a bad thing to let your body recover. Don't worry you'll come back stronger. Just manage that pain or injury, don't ignore it and you'll smash 5k soon enough!!

What Stevie said. Look after the knee and make sure when you do next run you start really gently, and I’d advise avoiding hard surfaces first time back.
