Oh shame, Florence certainly looks very nasty. Keep safe, and why not complete week 9 on the treadmill? it's still running and some people do the whole course on a treadmill. Good luck, sincerely hope Florence not too horrendous.

I have just looked at the latest predicted tracks for Hurricane Issac and Hurricane Helene, it seems that both are going to miss the USA completely and dissipate or become another Atlantic depression heading for Iceland or the UK.

Latest news for you regarding those 3 hurricanes Taffy which might affect the area where you live regarding your runs. With Florence you will find that using the threadmill would be advisable as you might get heavy rain and winds from that weather system. The other 2 hurricanes should miss where you are, Issac is going to affect the Caribbean and Helene will affect UK weather sometime next week.
