I am using the Gamin Connect app which syncs with my Garmin Vivosport. Gives me loads of data.

I use MapMyRun, it syncs with Fitbit and MyFitnessPal app which I use to log diet and exercise but thinking of switching to Nike+ as it looks a bit more fun and interactive, but the downside is that it doesn’t sync with my other apps 🤔 there are loads of apps out there - some are compatible with certain devices, some aren’t. It’s personal preference I think best just try out a few and see which you prefer

Just make a decision to do it, and keep at it till you have finished. Then get a Garmin and the fun really starts. Be determined to make a difference in your life.
