Thought I'd hate it all but pretty happy with things so far. Busy week with work and plenty of travelling meant that I had a gap of 2 days between run 2 and run 3 but started last Thursday and finished tonight (Thursday) so no complaints. Not so happy with the apps I'm using to track pace distance etc. Strava and Google Fit but not convinced Strava pacing is correct and tonight it crashed on me so I have no data. Will keep experimenting though!

Well, done! Phones are pretty rubbish at tracking your progress in my experience, but you don’t need to worry about any of that with C25K, just do as you’re told and you'll smash it no problem. Good luck and keep going!

Well done, nothing wrong with taking 2 days break. I use runkeeper to monitor my runs but have no idea if it's accurate however it hasn't crashed yet. As telford_mike says don't worry about stats. Stressing over speed and distance is bad just follow the instructions.
Enjoy week 2.
Well done! I’m just getting psyched up to do R3 of W1 today before having the grandchildren for 3 days. Finding it very difficult as never managed to run any distance even as a youngster.
