Finished week 1 yesterday at my local Parkrun, I felt like I could have continued the intervals but resisted so that I have a way of measuring my progress as the weeks pass by so just walked the remainder of the course.
Although I've run in the past - I've really surprised myself how much I've enjoyed that and it's nowhere near as tough as I expected.
On to week 2....

Well done to you Paul, going back to when I started C25K on the third run of week 1 was the only time I have actually gone the full 5k distance on a recognised 5k course. I was doing the intervals of week 1, that's run for 1 minute, walk for 90 seconds about 7 times in around 20 minutes. After that 20 minutes were completed I had a three-minute walk then continued the intervals on the same course and completed the whole run/walk in 40 minutes.
