Hi all

Not did any running since i left school many years ago.

Had my 1st Wk1 day 1 run yeaterday - legs are a bit sore today. Out again tomorrow morning for day 2 run.

Well done for getting started - no going back now! You'll get all sorts of weird aches and pains during the programme, but hopefully nothing that’ll stop you running. Good luck!

Welcome to c25k. Just take it slowly and you will get there. You will feel a few niggles while your body adjusts to exercise but stop if it’s real pain.
