Well just completed this run today. My shins did burn for about 10 min but stopped after that. Over all not as bad as I thought.

I think you’ll be surprised, born-to-run. The strength and stamina that’s gradually built up over the first 2 weeks will kick in as it did for me. I was surprised how much it helped me. 😀

Agree. I was scared stiff i would not be able to do the 3 min parts. But it was ok. Trying not to think about it by listening to music helps

I did it yesterday too and really enjoyed it. I could have carried on running longer. Looking forward to tomorrow morning’s run, and Friday’s - then being on W4 next Monday. Really can’t wait for that! 🏃‍♀️👍🏻☀️
