Half way

I just did W4R2. Only way I did it today was pure ‘I’m bad word getting to half way bad word through the bad word program.’ First three steps every muscle in both legs screamed like I had been running at work all day. Think I must have been tencing all my new running muscles without realising it at work as it is a really stressful week. Also got through it by making up chants about things that had annoyed me that day.🤣 never quite reached the meditative state but I did it. Halfway by any means necessary.

Well done. Except this is a 9 week programme. So unless you mean W5R2......

Now I’m really saying bad words. Stupidly told someone at work I was doing this for the first time and they said half way. Stupid work. Weeellll at least I can celebrate again next week - hopefully without so many bad words. 🤪🤗🤪
