Yesterday was my second run of week 4. I found it hard going for some reason but I did it.
I had hills I ran up and discovered stitch. Hot day also.
My foot has been giving me some gip, and on running travels to the inside of my leg and stops at my knee for the first run. Do not have it on walking etc. Mainly roads I run on though.
Had 2 days off so wonder if it was just getting back into it.
But enjoying it so far. Have my first 5k on the 7th July. Hope to be ready by then.
