Any Swansea peeps out there running?

No Laura, I’m Welsh Valleys but will be in Swansea for Big Weekend on Saturday and want to run somewhere Sunday. Any advice? I’m staying in Uplands.

You’ll have a great time! Uplands is VERY hilly. But the big weekend is in the sea front. Gorgeous long straight stretch for a run. (Some of it may be blocked off due to big weekend) but that’s where they do park run/Swansea 10K/ and the Swansea triathlon. Beautiful run. Smile every mile 👍🏼

Thanks Laura! Great advice - we’ll head for the seafront and get an ice cream in the Mumbles as a reward for running 😉

Hi Laura, I'm in Swansea. Completed C25K about three years ago, now regularly run along the seafront and do parkrun most Saturdays. Also done a couple of 10K races.
