Just finished wk1, but knees are hurting, hope it settles down, I want to get going on wk2.

There a knee exercises you can do to strengthen and I think their on this forum somewhere. Also, give yourself a few days rest if need be.

I'm going to try the knee exercises, a few days rest, then get back out.

Check this post out and very well done... try from this point on, to land lightly... I call it ,kissing the ground with your feet.. and try these exercises for your knee :)

I'm did w1r2 yesterday and today my knees are sore, I have artheritis so I'm hoping I will be able to continue. I'm doing run 3 on Sunday giving myself 2 days off hoping they will ease off. Here's to week 2. 😁
